By downloading or using Salah ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is published by AI Innovators ("we", "us").
Salah provides Islamic prayer times, an athan (call-to-prayer) notification, a qibla direction compass, a Hijri calendar, supplications, a dhikr counter, and related tools. The app runs on your device and does not require an account.
Prayer times and qibla direction are calculated from astronomical formulas and your location or chosen city. Results depend on your device's sensors, GPS accuracy, time zone, and the calculation method you select, and may differ from your local mosque or authority.
The app is an aid, not a religious authority. For matters of worship, always defer to your local mosque, imam, or the official announcements of your country (for example, moon-sighting for Ramadan and Eid). We are not liable for reliance on times, directions, or dates shown in the app.
Some features ask for optional permissions (location, notifications, motion). You may decline any of them and still use the app — for example, by choosing a city manually. How these are used is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, redistribute, or resell the app except as permitted by applicable law and the Apple App Store terms. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app, its name, icon, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Qur'anic text and traditional supplications are religious texts in the public domain and are presented for the convenience of worship.
The current version is free and contains no ads or subscriptions. We may change features, or introduce paid features or advertising, in future versions; any such change will be reflected in the App Store listing and, where relevant, in our Privacy Policy before it ships.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
